Client Testimonials
I highly recommend the K-Stretch class. It improves your posture, stretches you out, helps with joint mobility, and prevents pain. It’s really, really good.
Just had a session at Fisiosolutions using the K-Stretch system to improve my posture and overall flexibility – I was amazed at the improvement this technique and device achieved. In 30mins, I was getting the same kind of improvement to my flexibility and posture that normally takes several weeks of daily yoga. Combined with the expertise and great physiotherapy delivered by Joana – I walked out feeling so much better. I can definitely recommend.
Amazing! I’ve learnt to be more alert to warning signs with my baby.
